Improving critical judgment, communication, collaboration, and clinical competence.
The Simulation Center of Gadsden State Community College's Health Sciences Department provides a hands-on safe and realistic environment.
The Simulation Center utilizes sophisticated technology to provide students a safe, realistic environment to develop their clinical skills. The center also includes an electronic health record system similar to the ones found in today's healthcare settings.
Gadsden State Community College's Simulation Center operates on the Standards of Best Practice established by the International Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL) and the Association of Standardized Patient Educators (ASPE).
